WHY PINE?
Construction. Reimagined.
Ever wonder why cars are precisely designed, factory assembled, and delivered flawless? Yet for your new home, a truckload of raw materials will be delivered to your job-site where a team of laborers, who are only seeing your plans for the first time are expected to cut and assemble it? The homebuilding industry and process is lightyears behind where it should be. It’s no wonder most new homes aren’t square and have ongoing issues over time. Learn how the Pine Cabin System is different.
Precision Cut - Perfectly Square
The Pine Cabin System is digitally designed using detailed CAD and cut files. All these parts are cut on CNC machines out of structural OSB and Plywood. We assemble everything into our Pine Block System and ship directly to your site. You can count on strong, perfectly fitting, square parts. The Pine Cabin system is designed down to the 1/32 of an inch! That’s precise.
Fully Engineered & Building Code Compliant
The PINE block system has been fully designed and engineered by industry professionals and licensed professional engineers. We currently have seals for most of the United States, but can also add any additional states needed. Pine blocks are designed and built keeping Standard US building codes in mind to ensure a simple zoning and approval process.
Get Into Hard to Reach Places
Many other modular cabins are fully built in factories and warehouses and need to be craned in place. We’d prefer the natural landscape is left alone, and assemble as much in place as possible. All blocks are designed to be able be lifted and installed by a maximum of 2 people. No cranes, no clear cutting of sites, and no restrictions for hard to reach job sites.
